Enable CLANG_WARN_OBJC_IMPLICIT_RETAIN_SELF

This enables the CLANG_WARN_OBJC_IMPLICIT_RETAIN_SELF warning on all
targets. #2225 fixed a number of these, but a new one crept back in so
this fixes that issue as well.
