3.7.6 Patch release for 3.7.0 on May 8th, 2016

Infrastructure:

  • Changed the libwebp git url so that people from China can access it - #1390 (from https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libwebp to https://github.com/webmproject/libwebp)
